Year 4 Colchester Trip
On Tuesday 4th March, Year 4 visited Colchester to learn about Roman history.
Year 4 enjoyed an informative and interesting tour around Colchester learning about the Romans and their links to the city. We visited the site of one of only five theatres known from Roman Britain, Balkerne Gate (the oldest gateway in Britain) and learnt about the temple built for Claudius which Colchester Castle was built on the site of.
